The Judge was William Crowell, LWS
Bill Crowell is a resident of Metairie and an active member of many local art associations. He received his degree in fine arts from the University of New Orleans and is a signature member of Louisiana Watercolor Society. His paintings have won many awards, often Best of Show, in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Illinois.
